Was trying to find the bins and got yelled at because I drove up the wrong road where equipment was but had no clue as it was dark and there was no signage than continued to follow us around the rest of our trip with golf buggy’s. WORST service ever would not ever be going back and will not recommend it to everyone save your money !!!!

This holiday park was alright however we were put at the back of the park in a tent area with a caravan. The place does have internet but the far parts the internet doesn’t reach. The bathrooms weren’t the best, the doors were at least 50-70 cm of the ground and that low that my head could go over the top the showers were the same, the only good thing I could say about the bathrooms were that there was 1 disabled accessible shower and 1 disabled accessible toilet. Another good thing was that there was a river right on the park and wasn’t blocked off but it wasn’t the greatest swimming spot because the water was muggy and shallow practically as far as I could get out on a kayak which was at least a kilometre out and only got about 90 cm deep.

The location is good but lacks facilities/amenities. Being Council owned it’s been allowed to run down. The only attraction for children is a jumping pillow. Whilst the sites are level, the mats if provided are ripped and torn. The others have dirt or bits of grass.|Close to shops and a club but that about it.

Location was absolutely amazing. Five minute walk not even from anywhere in the park to Tuggerah Lake. Office staff are absolutely amazing and park managers personally introduced themselves as they were both in the office. Gave me a number to call if any issues after hours and a map to help me find my site. Park was well maintained and staff are constantly cleaning amenities and keeping the grounds maintained. Couldn’t recommend this park more!!

Great staff, great rooms, and a wonderful location. There are lots of good facilities on site and the cabin we stayed in was incredibly spacious for 2 couples. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Not the best of holiday options around the area. We found the lack of cleanliness and facilities as the main problems. It might get better as the place was in the middle of transitioning to a new administration. I'll most probably give it a second chance and update my review accordingly.

Stayed there frequently in past years new managers and the NRMA have increased the price dramatically and the management What can I say ... Dreadful couldn't run a brothel
